Valtex does not underwrite policies. Insurance products are underwritten by third-party insurance companies.

• To provide accurate and truthful information

• That Valtex may share relevant details with licensed insurers to provide services

• That the responsibility to review and accept insurer-specific terms lies with you

• To comply with all applicable Zambian laws

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

While we aim for accuracy and reliability:

• We are not responsible for underwriter decisions (acceptance, pricing, claims, etc.)

• We do not warrant uninterrupted access to our digital platforms

• We are not liable for losses caused by client error, non-disclosure, or delays

5. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree not to:

• Use our platform or services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes

• Misrepresent your identity or provide false information

• Disrupt our systems or attempt unauthorized access, in breach of the Cyber Crimes Act No. 4 of 2025

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
